Tannoy Mercury M1 Bookshelf Speakers

These speakers led the way for low priced high performance speakers in the UK! They replaced a pair of NHT Superzero in my setup before. The S0's did a great job but preferred the M1's more with its great imaging, solid bass and clean midrange/treble. They are small but they do deliver the music. I also have the M2.5 but I still prefer the M1.
Recently, on year 2002, I replaced them with the famous Axiom Audio M3Tis. The M3Tis beat them hands down in the bass, midrange and treble departments althought M1's imaging is better. Tonality is very important to me so the M1s had to go.
